Shoulder, belly, ribs, loin? Shank, round, chuck? Well, you have it all on our butchery and meat workshop. You will be meat expert for a day as we all go thru some anatomy skills and the experience of cutting, slicing, filéng, mincing, sawing. All the meat we get will be transfer into a suberbe 5 course dinner featuring our best meat recipes. In addition to the dining experience, leftover cooked and uncooked pieces can be brought home.

Arrival

10–15 minutes

Guest arrive for the agreed date and time. The first 15 minutes is for introduction, warming up with some welcome snacks and welcome drinks.

Forming teams

10–15 minutes

The group is divided into teams of 3 to 6 people.

Preparing the meat

1 hour meat prep - 2 hours cooking

The butcher will help preparing the meat, then the chef will help cooking and baking.

Dine together

1–1,5 hours

We all are seated to eat what we have cooked.

How is the Buthcery Teambuilding Workshop different from the Teambuilding Cooking?

The cookery part is the same, yet there a butchery demonstration and meat prep experience before. So the whole schedule is longer.

How can we choose the menu?

You can choose your favourite menu from the "What's cooking" catalogue. We are also open for other ideas and requests.

Can we choose the venue for the Butchery Workshop?

We can arrange the program at the Bécsi street venue or Etyek. You can choose from these two according to our availability.

Is our cooking completely in house?

Yes, we you cook the studio is solely yours.

Are all the experiences available in English?

Yes.

How long is the Butchery Workshop?

The program is about 5 hours long.

How can I pay?

Bank transfer or cash is okay for us.
